西药加定颤饮治疗帕金森病30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 30 Cases of Parkinsonian Syndrome with Western Medicines Combined with Dingchan Liquid

目的 观察定颤饮对帕金森病的疗效。方法 6 0例帕金森病患者随机分为 2组 ,对照组给服西药美多巴 ,治疗组在西药治疗的基础加用自拟“定颤饮”治疗 6个月 ,观察 2组患者临床表现的改善情况。结果 定颤饮明显改善帕金森病的临床症状及肢体功能障碍 ,中医临床症状改善率达 93.33% ,肢体功能障碍改善率为 86 .6 % ,明显优于单纯西药治疗组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 定颤饮治疗帕金森病临床效果好 ,无不良反应 ,是帕金森病治疗的有效方药。

OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of Dingchan Liquid for Parkinsonian syndrome. METHOD 60 patients with Parkinsonian syndrome were divided randomly into 2 groups. The control group took madopar and the treatment group took both western medicines and Dingchan Liquid for 6 months. RESULT Dingchan Liquid could markedly improve the clinical symptoms of Parkinsonian syndrome and relieve the functional disturbance of the limbs. The improving rates for TCM clinical symptom and functional disturbance of the limbs were 93.33% and 86.6% respectively, which were markedly higher than those in the control group.CONCLUSION Dingchan Liquid is effective for Parkinsonian syndrome with no undesirable side effect.
