反映车辆污染物排放水平的指标研究

机动车排放受车辆类型、车龄、燃料类型、油品质量等多种因素的影响,这些因素也直接或间接反映车辆的污染物排放水平。本文系统梳理了反映单个车辆污染物排放水平的指标,并分为直接和间接指标两类,其中车辆的燃料类型、车辆大小、车龄、行驶里程、行驶速度以及车辆满足的环保排放标准等指标是间接指标,间接反映车辆的排放水平。车辆实时尾气排放检测结果是直接指标,能够直接反映车辆的污染物排放水平。反映车辆污染物排放水平的指标研究是车辆污染物排放研究的基础性研究,也是机动车污染减排的重要支撑。

Motor vehicle emissions are affected by various factors such as vehicle type, age, fuel type and oil quality. These factors also directly or indirectly reflect the emission level of vehicles. This paper systematically combed the indicators of single vehicle pollutant discharge level and divided into two categories:direct and indirect indicators,such as fuel type,vehicle size,age,mileage,driving speed and environmental emission standards. Is an indirect indicator that indirectly reflects the level of vehicle emissions. Realtime vehicle exhaust emission test results are direct indicators that can directly reflect the level of vehicle pollutant emissions. Reflecting the emission level of vehicle pollutants is a basic research of vehicle pollutant emission research,and also an important support for vehicle emission reduction.
