前列地尔与厄贝沙坦联用治疗糖尿病肾病效果分析

Effect of Alprostadil Combined with Irbesartan in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:分析前列地尔与厄贝沙坦联用治疗糖尿病肾病效果。方法:选择2016年2月-2017年1月糖尿病肾病患者96例为研究对象,并随机分两组。单一组单纯给予厄贝沙坦治疗,联用组则采取前列地尔与厄贝沙坦联用治疗。比较两组患者糖尿病肾病治疗效果、不良反应及治疗前和治疗后患者尿微量白蛋白、肌酐清除情况、尿素氮水平、24 h尿蛋白水平的差异,以及治疗前和治疗后患者血压指标的差异。结果:联用组患者糖尿病肾病治疗效果高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组尿微量白蛋白、肌酐清除情况、尿素氮水平、24 h尿蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联用组尿微量白蛋白、肌酐清除情况、尿素氮水平、24 h尿蛋白水平改善幅度更大,与单一组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联用组血压水平降低幅度更大,与单一组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应。结论:前列地尔与厄贝沙坦联用治疗糖尿病肾病效果确切,可有效降压,改善患者肾功能,无明显不良反应,值得推广。

Objective：To analyze the effect of Alprostadil combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Method：From February 2016 to January 2017,96 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.The single group was treated with Irbesartan and the combination group was treated with Alprostadil Combined with Irbesartan.Comparison of two groups of patients with diabetic nephropathy treatment effect,adverse reactions,before treatment and after treatment of patients with urinary albumin,creatinine clearance,urea nitrogen levels,the difference between the level of 24 hours urine protein,difference of blood pressure in patients before and after treatment.Result： The effect of the combination group was higher than that of the single group（P〈0.05）,before treatment,the urinary albumin,creatinine clearance,blood urea nitrogen,24 hours urine protein level in two groups showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）,after the treatment,the urinary albumin,creatinine clearance,blood urea nitrogen,24 hours urine protein level in the combination group improved more significantly than the single group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The blood pressure level of the combination group after treatment was lower than that of the single group（P〈0.05）.The two groups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion： Alprostadil combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is effective,can effectively reduce blood pressure,improve renal function,no side effects,it is worth promoting.
