磁共振在膝关节损伤诊断中的应用价值

The Value of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance in the Diagnosis of Knee Joint Injury

目的:探究膝关节损伤采用磁共振诊断的价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年2月-2017年2月收治的66例膝关节损伤患者作为研究对象,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,全部患者都通过膝关节X线摄片检查显示存在损伤,通过手术及关节镜检查等确诊,患者均接受磁共振检查,将检查结果与手术、关节镜检查结果进行比较和分析。结果:经磁共振检查,半月板损伤20例,存在骨质改变7例,检出韧带损伤123条,有关节腔积液51例,检出率分别为90.91%、100%、93.18%、87.93%。结论:膝关节损伤采用磁共振的诊断价值显著,检出率高,诊断结果准确性较高,在临床上值得进一步推广与应用。

Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI in knee joint injuries.Method：From February 2013 to February 2017,66 cases of knee joint injury patients were selected as the research object,the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,all patients with knee joint X-ray examination showed the presence of damage by surgery and arthroscopy diagnosed,patients underwent MRI examination,the examination results with surgical and arthroscopic findings was compared and analyzed.Result： By MRI examination,there were 20 cases of meniscus injury,7 cases of bone change,123 ligament injury,51 cases of joint cavity effusion,and the detection rates were 90.91%,100%,93.18% and 87.93%,respectively.Conclusion： The diagnostic value of MRI in knee joint injury is remarkable,which can improve the detection rate of patients,and the diagnostic accuracy is higher.It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
