风险评估管理在防范精神科护理不良事件中的应用效果

Study on the Application Effect of Prevention of Adverse Events of Risk Assessment Management in Psychiatric Nursing

目的:探究风险评估管理在防范精神科护理不良事件中的作用。方法:将2015年2月-2016年2月的60例精神病患者作为观察组,运用风险评估管理理念和方法,与2014年1月-2015年1月作为对照组的60例精神病患者进行比较。结果:观察组患者护理不良事件发生率、护理人员受伤害率低于对照组,对护理工作满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在精神科护理工作中应用风险评估管理,能有效降低护理不良事件发生,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得在精神科临床护理工作中推广应用。

Objective：To explore the application effect of prevention of adverse events of risk assessment management in psychiatric nursing.Method：60 cases of psychiatric patients from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the study group,which received risk assessment skills,and compared with the control group of 60 cases of Psychotic patients from January 2014 to January 2015.Result： The incidence of nursing adverse events,the injury rate of nursing staff in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction degree of nursing care was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The application of risk assessment management in psychiatric nursing work can effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events,improve the patients’ satisfaction with nursing work,which is worthy of application in clinical.
