综合护理干预对青光眼患者自我管理行为、服药依从性、视功能的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Self-management Behavior,Medication Compliance and Visual Function in Patients with Glaucoma

目的:探究综合护理干预用于青光眼患者临床护理服务中对于患者自我管理行为、服药依从性、视功能的影响。方法:在笔者所在医院2015年3月-2016年8月就诊的青光眼患者中选出137例随机分组,对照组患者行常规的护理,观察组患者行综合护理干预,对比两组患者的自我管理行为评分、服药依从性、视力等指标值。结果:观察组患者护理3个月时的自我管理行为评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的服药依从性比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(97.10%vs85.29%,P<0.05);观察组患者护理3个月时的视力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预用于青光眼患者临床护理中有助于提高患者的自我管理能力,提高治疗依从性,并维持视力,有助于提高患者的生存质量。

Objective：To explore the comprehensive nursing intervention for glaucoma patients in clinical nursing care for patients with self-management behavior,medication adherence,the effect of visual function.Method：From March 2015 to August 2016,137 glaucoma patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention,self-management behavior scores,medication compliance,visual function and other indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Result：The observation group patients self management behavior at 3 months was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,the observation group of medication compliance was higher than that of the control group（97.10% vs 85.29%,P〈0.05）,the observation group patients at 3 months visual acuity was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with glaucoma in clinical nursing can help improve the self management ability,improve the treatment compliance,and maintain the vision,help to improve the quality of life of patients.
