依巴斯汀片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性荨麻疹临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Chronic Urticaria Treated by Combination of Ebastine Tablets and Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets

目的:分析在慢性荨麻疹疾病的临床治疗中应用依巴斯汀片联合复方甘草酸苷片的临床价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2015年3月-2016年2月接收的93例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象,采用数字表分组法分为两组,对照组45例,研究组48例。对照组接受单纯服用依巴斯汀片进行治疗,研究组在接受依巴斯汀片治疗的基础上联合复方甘草酸苷片进行治疗。分析并对比两种不同治疗方法的临床价值。结果:研究组与对照组临床治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组与对照组患者症状评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组与对照组都出现了不良症状,但均较为轻微,并未影响疾病的治疗,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性荨麻疹患者在依巴斯汀片服用的基础上再接受复方甘草酸苷片口服治疗,可有效提高临床治疗效果,缓解患者的临床症状。此外,该治疗方式的安全性较高,出现不良反应较少,值得推广使用。

Objective：To analyze the clinical value of Ebastine Tablets and Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria disease.Method：Ninety three patients with chronic urticaria received from March 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The digital grouping method was used to divide subjects into two groups.A total of 45 cases in the control group were treated with Ebastine alone.A total of 48 cases in the study group was treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets on the basis of treatment with Ebastine Tablets.Analyzed and compared the clinical value of two different treatment methods.Result： There was a significant difference between the study group and the control group in the clinical treatment effect（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the study group and the control group had significant difference in the symptom score of patients（P〈0.05）.The study group and the control group all appeared symptoms,but adverse symptoms occurrences were minor,and did not affect the treatment of disease,and there was no significant difference between the twogroups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Chronic urticaria patients taking Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets on the basis of taking Ebastine Tablets,can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of the disease and alleviate the patient’s clinical symptoms.In addition,the safety of the treatment is also relative high,fewer adverse reactions.It is worth of promoting.
