螺旋扩弓器治疗安氏Ⅲ类错畸形30例效果观察

Application Effect of Spiral Arch Expansion Device in 30 Cases with Class Ⅲ Malocclusion

目的:探讨螺旋扩弓器治疗安氏Ⅲ类错畸形的具体效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年12月笔者所在医院接诊的安氏Ⅲ类错畸形患者50例进行研究,根据治疗方案分为两组,对照组接受直丝弓矫治,研究组接受螺旋扩弓器治疗,比较两组患者疗程、面型改善率、复发率等数据。结果:(1)观察组平均治疗(15.0±2.0)个月,对照组平均治疗(20.1±2.3)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)对患者进行6个月随访,观察组复发率为3.3%,对照组复发率为20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,观察组上颌骨位置、SNA、SNB、ANB、MP-SN等指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:螺旋扩弓器治疗安氏Ⅲ类错畸形的效果显著,值得临床推广。

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of spiral arch expansion device in treatment of Class Ⅲ malocclusion.Method：A total of 50 cases of Class Ⅲ malocclusion patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were divided into two groups,control group was given straight wire appliance,the observation group was given maxillary expansion,observed and recorded patient treatment time,surface type improvement rate,relapse rate.Result： （1）The average treatment time of the observation group was （15.0±2.0）months,the average treatment time of the control group was （20.1±2.3）months（P〈0.05）.（2）After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.3%,the recurrence rate of the control group was 20%（P〈0.05）.（3）After treatment,maxilla position,SNA,SNB,ANB,MP-SN and so on in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Effect of spiral arch expansion device in treatment of class Ⅲ malocclusion is obvious.It is worth of promotion.
