体外冲击波碎石术治疗膀胱结石伴前列腺增生的效果观察

Efficacy of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Bladder Calculi Complicated with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:研究体外冲击波碎石术治疗膀胱结石伴前列腺增生的效果。方法:本次研究选取的研究对象为2016年7月-2017年7月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的膀胱结石伴前列腺增生患者,将84例患者根据治疗方式的差异分为两组,每组42例。将实施经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的患者纳入对照组,将采用体外冲击波碎石术治疗的患者设为观察组。将两组患者的围术期相关指标、临床效果、并发症发生率及生活质量进行比对。结果:观察组膀胱结石伴前列腺增生患者的手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),临床总有效率比对照组高,并发症发生情况更少,生活质量更优,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱结石伴前列腺增生患者采用体外冲击波碎石术治疗可取得理想的疗效,可减少并发症的发生,促进生活质量的提高。

ObjectiveTo study the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy curative effect for the treatment of bladder calculi with hyperplasia of prostate.Method：The research object of this study selected from July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital for treatment,84 patients with prostatic hyperplasia with bladdercalculi,according to the difference of treatment were divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.Control group was implemented by the urethra prostateelectricity cut,observation group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Compared two groups of patients with prostatic hyperplasia with bladdercalculi perioperative related indicators,the clinical effect,complication rates,and the quality of life.Result：Observation group of patients with prostatichyperplasia with bladder calculi surgery time,ambulation time,length of hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,the clinicaltotal effective rate was higher than the control group,less complication occurrence,better quality of life,and the data had obvious difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with prostatic hyperplasia with bladder calculi by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment can achieve ideal curative effect,reducethe occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life.
