尿毒症的整体护理中加用人文关怀的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Adding Humanistic Care in Holistic Nursing Care of Uremia

目的:探讨尿毒症的整体护理中加用人文关怀的临床效果。方法:将2014年2月-2016年12月在笔者所在医院治疗的140例尿毒症患者按照随机数字法平均分为两组,30例予以常规护理模式(对照组),30例予以人文关怀的整体护理干预(研究组)。比较两组患者依从性、满意度、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及中文版生活质量量表(SF-36)各维度评分。结果:研究组患者依从率(98.57%)较对照组(82.85%)显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者HAMA评分和HAMD评分较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度(97.14%)较对照组(81.42%)显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量各维度评分较对照组显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在尿毒症患者整体护理中加以人文关怀,可以减少患者不良情绪,提高患者依从性及护理满意度,改善生活质量,值得在临床上推广使用。

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of humanistic care in holistic nursing care of uremia patients.Method：A Total of 140 uremic patients treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were divided into 2 groups according to the random number method,30 cases were given routine nursing mode（control group）,and 30 cases were given holistic nursing intervention（study group）.The scores of compliance,satisfaction,hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） score,hamilton depression scale（HAMD） score and Chinese version of quality of life scale （SF-36） were compared between the two groups.Result：The compliance rate of the study group（98.57%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（82.85%）（P〈0.05）.The HAMA score and HAMD score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction degree of nursing in the study group（97.14%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （81.42%）（P〈0.05）.The scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Humanistic care in the holistic nursing of uremic patients can reduce the bad mood of patients,improve patient compliance and nursing satisfaction,and improve the quality of life,it is worth of popularizing in clinical use.
