下肢血管介入中心理护理对焦虑情绪的影响作用

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Anxiety in Patients with Lower Limb Vascular Intervention

目的:探究心理护理对下肢血管介入患者的情绪影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2015年2月-2016年4月收治的下肢血管介入手术患者30例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各15例。对照组使用常规护理方式,观察组在常规护理方式基础上予以心理护理,比较两组护理前后焦虑、抑郁情况。结果:两组患者护理前焦虑、抑郁情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组焦虑、抑郁改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理可改善下肢血管介入治疗患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,值得临床上推广使用。

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of psychological nursing on emotion of patients with lower limb vascular intervention.Method：From February 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital,30 patients with lower extremity vascular interventional surgery were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group,15 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing,the observation group used psychological nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Result：There were no significant differences in anxiety and depression between the two groups before nursing（P〉0.05）.After nursing,the improvement of anxiety and depression in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Psychological nursing can improve the anxiety and depression of the patients with the interventional therapy of lower limb.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
