外固定架在手足部骨折的临床应用体会

Clinical Application of External Fixator in the Treatment of Hand and Foot Bone Fracture

目的:研究对于手足部骨折患者提供外固定架治疗的临床应用体会。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年1-7月收治的59例手足部骨折患者作为对照组,为患者提供复位手术治疗措施;选取2016年8月-2017年2月收治的59例手足部骨折患者作为研究组,为患者采用外固定架治疗,总结两组患者治疗效果、术后并发症、患者骨折部位愈合、住院、手术用时。结果:对照组患者治疗有效率为81.36%,研究组有效率为93.22%,研究组患者有效率较高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者骨折愈合、住院、手术等用时均长于研究组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者发生术后伤口感染5例(8.47%),研究组术后发生感染1例(1.69%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为手足部骨折患者提供外固定架治疗,大部分患者术后治疗效果乐观,且并发症发生率较低,患者骨折愈合、住院时间均较短。

ObjectiveTo study the clinical application of external fixator in the treatment of hand and foot bone fracture.Method：From January to July in 2016,59 patients with hand and foot bone fracture admitted in our hospital were selected as the control group,and were treated with the operative reduction.From August 2016 to February 2017,59 patients with hand and foot bone fracture were selected as the study group,and were treated with the external fixator.The clinical effect,postoperative complications,healing time,hospitalization time and operation time of two groups were observed.Result： The clinical effective rate of the study group （93.22%） was higher than that of the control group（81.36%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the healing time,hospitalization time and operation time of the control group were longer than those of the study group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the incidence rate of postoperative wound infection of the control group（5 cases,8.47%） was higher than that of the study group（1 case, 1.69%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with hand and foot bone fracture,the external fixator can improve the clinical effect,reduce the incidence rate of complications and shorten the bone healing time and hospitalization time.
