摘要
本文通过对某1000MW超超临界机组末级低压加热器疏水管道振动原因的排查分析,推断出疏水汇合点次末级低加疏水汽化造成的汽水两相流动是末级低加疏水管道振动的主要原因,并提出通过改变次末级低加疏水接口位置和扩大低加疏水立管至凝汽器喉部排气管道管径的治理措施。通过上述措施的实施,解决了末级低加疏水管道的振动问题及疏水水位高的问题。通过本文期望对类似问题的处理提供参考和借鉴。
In this paper,through the investigation and analysis of the vibration causes of a 1000 MW ultra supercritical turbine final stage low pressure heater drain pipe,deduces the steam water two-phase flow confluence of hydrophobic penultimate low pressure heater drain vaporization is caused by the vibration of the laststage low pressure drain pipe,and put forward by changing the last stage of low pressure heater drain interface position and expand the low pressure heater drain Li tube to the condenser exhaust pipe diameter con-trol measures. Through the implementation of these measures,the problem of vibration and a hydrophobic water drain pipe with low end high is solved,which expects that this paper can provide reference for dealingwith similar problems.
