火电厂轴流风机典型故障原因及应急处置方法 被引量:4

摘要 风机是火力发电厂的主要辅机设备,其工作环境恶劣且根据机组负荷调节频繁,发生故障率较高。在风机故障时如果运行人员处理不当将造成机组快速降负荷,严重时可能造成机组跳闸甚至设备损坏。本文介绍了火电厂轴流风机动叶调节滞后、动叶突开突关、动叶漂移、风机挡板脱落、风机失速、风机喘振、风机抢风和机组运行中风机跳闸等故障现象,分析了故障致因,并根据不同故障现象分别阐述了应急处置方法,对运行人员在风机故障时的正确处理有借鉴意义。 The fan is the main auxiliary equipment of thermal power plant,the poor working environment and frequent regulation according to the unit load attributes high failure rate. In case the fan fault,if the op-erating personnel improper handling will cause the unit rapid drop load,and when it become serious,generat-ing unit trip or even equipment damage maybe caused. This paper introduces the fault phenomenon,suchas:accommodative lag,sudden opening and closing and drifting of movable vane,shedding,stalling,surging and tacking of fan baffle of the axial-flow fan in the thermal power plant,and fan tripping in unit's operation. And then analyzes the reason of fault,illustrates emergency disposal methods respectively according tothe different fault phenomenon,which are helpful for operating personnel to correct handling the fan fault.
