摘要 本文立足企业实际对煤制甲醇生产装置如何降低单位产品水消耗进行了分析、探索、尝试,通过循环水、脱盐水、冷凝液、蒸汽等工艺路线的优化,将循环水热负荷转移到需要热量的锅炉给水,从而降低水耗的思路;同时,优化操作方法,采用先进技术,提高单位产能,变相降低水耗,预期效果可观,为煤制甲醇生产装置工艺流程设计、改造提出了自己的思考。 The paper makes analysis, exploration and trial which is based on enterprises practices about how to reduce the unit product water consumption by using coal-to-methanol production equipment,through the optimization of process route:circulating water,desalted water,condensate,steam and other pro-cess,the circulating water heat load has transferred to the boiler in need of energy,hereby reduce the wa-ter consumption; at the same time, optimizing operation method, using advanced technology, improvingunit's capacity,reducing water consumption,the expected effect is considerable,and put forward their ownthoughts for the production process design and reform of coal-to-methanol production equipment.
