茵陈蒿汤治疗母儿ABO血型不合研究进展

Research Progress of Yinchenhao Decoction in the Treatment of Maternal Fetal ABO Blood Group Incompatibility

茵陈蒿汤出自汉代张仲景《伤寒论》,是治疗湿热黄疸的常用方剂,一般现代临床常用于肝胆类疾病的治疗,近年来发现,茵陈蒿汤对于由孕妇与胎儿间血型不合引起的同族血型免疫病——母儿ABO血型不合(maternal-fetal ABO incompatibility)具有较好的治疗效果,表现出中医药的独特优势。本文综述了茵陈蒿汤对母儿ABO血型不合的治疗作用及其治疗机制,并对存在的问题进行了思考。

Yinchenhao Decoction was recorded in ＂Shanghanlun＂ by Zhongjin Zhang in the Han Dynasty. It is a commonly used prescription for treating diseases of liver and gall in modern clinical practice, but in recent years, it is found that Yinchenhao Decoction has a good curative effect on an immune disease of blood group incompatibility between the pregnant woman and the maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility, showing the unique advantages of Chinese medicine. This paper provides an overview of the effects and therapeutic mechanism of Yinchenhao Decoction on the treatment of maternalfetal ABO blood group incompatibility, and the existing problems are discussed.
