摘要
当前的高中教育严重扭曲了教育的人性本质, 学校管理生态的科层管理制、 班级组织生态的囚室监禁制、 课堂教学生态的强制驯服制、 教师办公生态的恶性竞争制、 课堂自习生态的揭发检举制导致了高中学校教育生态之失衡.其根源不仅在于以应试教育为表现形式, 对教育的神化、 虚化、 奴化与物化, 更在于错误地将规训与教化等同于监视与惩罚的教育观念.而以“ 规训+教化” 来代替“ 监视+惩罚” , 才是当前我国高中教育生态转型发展的可行之路.
At present,contemporary high school education severely distorts the human nature.The hierarchical management system of schools’ management ecology,the imprisonment system of class organization ecology,the compulsive tame system of classroom teaching ecology,the vicious competition system of teachers’ office ecology,the disclosure and reporting system of classroom self-study ecology and so on give rise to imbalance of high school education ecology.The root of the evil lies not only in deifying,blurring,enslaving and materializing education whose expression mode is examoriented education,but also in wrongly equating discipline and indoctrination with monitoring and punishment.Hence,replacing"monitoring & punishment"with"discipline &indoctrination"is a feasible way of the transformation development of China’s contemporary high school education.
