摘要
基于社会性别理论视角, 女性教师的专业发展是在社会中不断建构的过程.在社会公共领域, 囿于传统父权的镣铐, 女性群体的专业地位遭受质疑; 在学校专业领域, 囿于从母亲到国民教师的发展隔离, 女性教师群体的专业发展受限; 在家庭私人领域, 囿于“ 贤妻良母” 光环的笼罩, 女性教师个体的专业发展遭遇困境.因此, 为促进女性教师的专业发展, 在社会公共领域, 应重塑男性与女性的平等社会性别地位; 在学校专业领域, 应给予女性教师同等的专业发展机会; 在家庭私人领域, 应重构男性与女性的家庭分工模式, 从而构建多元与开放的教师文化, 以此推动当下女性教师职业的专业化发展进程.
From the perspective of gender,the professional development of female teachers is a process of continuous construction in society.In the public area of society,professional status of female group is queried due to the constraints of the traditional patriarchy.In the professional filed,the professional development of female teachers are limited because of the initial isolation.In the family,the individual professional development of female teachers is in difficulties because of the traditional image of"wife".So in order to improve the female teachers’ professional developments,to build a multiple and exoteric culture for them and to improve the teachers’ professionalization,we should accept three methods.Such as remodeling the equal status between male and female in the public area of society,giving equal chance of development to female teachers in professional filed and reconstructing the division of labor pattern in the family.
