中国15岁中学生未来生涯准备度分析

摘要 针对中国1 5岁中学生未来生涯准备度不佳的问题, 从学校管理者的角度出发,探究提高他们未来生涯准备度的措施.以P I S A 2 0 1 2公布的中国上海地区1 5岁中学生数据进行实证分析, 在3 4 1 0名样本中, 利用阶层回归, 依序检验三个阶层变量群对未来生涯准备度的影响.分析发现: 校内及校外I C T应用的学习活动、 学生对于学校的归属感以及对于学校所安排学习活动的态度, 这些变量均与其未来生涯的准备度有显著正向关联.参照描述统计结果, 中国上海中学生的校内及校外I C T应用学习活动频率不低于其他国家, 但是对于学校的整体自觉较为消极.据此, 建议学校领导除了持续让中学生从事需应用I C T的学习活动外, 更重要的是积极建立他们对于学校的归属感和激发其对于学校的正向态度. According to the situation of poor preparation for the future among Chinese 15 years old students,this study investigates how to solve this problem from the view of school administrator.We choose 3410 valid samples from PISA 2012 as the object of empirical study.Using hierarchical regression analysis to examine the influence of three variables on the preparation for the future.The results showed that the ICT learning activities inside and outside of schools,the students’ sense of belonging to schools and their attitudes toward schools are significantly positive correlated with their preparation for the future.The ICT learning frequency of Shanghai students is higher than other countries,but their awareness to school is lower.Based on the results,it is suggested that the administrators of schools should let students implement the application of ICT on study,improve their sense of belonging to the school and cultivate their positive attitudes toward schools.
