摘要
观课、 评课是学科教研活动的重要内容之一, 文章通过真实案例, 从教师的需求出发设计和实施内容翔实、 节奏紧凑、 凸显教师主体地位的“ 体验式观课评课” 活动, 并强调在评课活动中要基于实证, 引发教师对课堂教学的深度思考, 以最大限度地调动教师参与的积极性.并在此基础上, 形成了一套较为完整的体验式观评课活动的操作流程.
Observation and evaluation of class is one of the important contents of subject research activities.Through the real case,the paper designs and implements the activity of"experiential observation and evaluation of class"from the aspect of teachers’ demand.It is detailed and compact,and also highlights the teachers’ subject status.The paper also emphasizes that the evaluation of class should based on empirical research,so as to guide teachers to think deeply about teaching and to improve teachers’ positivity.It can also help to form a intact operation process of the activity of experiential observation and evaluation in classroom teaching.
