Information sharing and exchange,as the effective means for data transfer between systems,is strongly useful foravoiding the information repeated collection,storage and management. This paper mainly introduces the differences between twomodels,traditional and based on platform,for information sharing and exchange.As well as the detail introduction of the mechanism,function and key technical information sharing and exchange platform is expounded. Application examples are also provided.
