海上遇险目标漂移与搜寻区域优化确定分析 被引量:7

摘要 随着我国海上经济与军事训练活动的增加,加上海上灾害性天气的增多,遭遇海上灾难的概率也在增加,出现海难后,搜救的首要与核心问题是如何快速发现遇险目标。结合海洋气象水文要素特性,分析了海洋水文要素信息和遇险海域风压差、流压差的大小和方向变化规律,对海上遇险目标的受力情况进行了分析,研究建立了遇险目标海上漂移模型、风压模型和漂移位置模型,分析估算遇险目标的漂移位置信息。在此基础上,利用总搜寻误差和搜寻安全系数估算出搜寻半径,进一步确定搜寻区域。 With the increase of China's economic and military training activities and severe weather at sea,the probability ofa sea disaster is also growing. After a shipwreck,how to quickly find distress target is the first and core problem of search and res-cue. Combined with marine meteorological elements and hydrological features,this paper analyzes on the factors of marine hydrolo-gy information and leeway,the size and direction of the flow pressure difference and the force situation of maritime distress target.Studies have established the distress target's drift model,wind pressure model and drift location model. Drift of the estimated dis-tress target location information is also analyzed. Basising on this,the search radius can be estimated by the total error and the safetycoefficient of the search,and then the search area will be determine.
