摘要 提出了一种通过特征气体的浓度来检测推进剂老化的新思路,将HTPB推进剂和NEPE推进剂贮存在三种气氛的密封铝盒中,并通过35天的人工老化后,采用气体检测仪对产生的气体浓度进行检测。通过分析和对比检测到的数据发现:在老化过程中可以检测到O2含量和HCl气体浓度的变化;NEPE推进剂释放的HCl气体浓度明显高于HTPB推进剂;在三种不同气氛的密封铝盒进行人工老化后,密封铝盒中氧气浓度稳定在19%左右;在氮气氛围贮存下,HTPB推进剂释放的HCl气体浓度最低,对HTPB推进剂的老化具有抑制作用;在氮气和真空氛围下,NEPE推进剂释放的HCl气体浓度高于空气氛围,无法抑制NEPE推进剂的老化过程。 A new idea to study the aging of propellant was proposed. Stored HTPB propellant and NEPE propellant in sealedaluminum box with three kinds of atmosphere. After 35 days of artificially aging,detected the gas concentration which was evolvedby HTPB propellant and NEPE propellant by gas detector. From data,it found that the change of oxygen content and HCl concentra-tion could be detected during the aging process. The concentration of HCl evolved by NEPE propellant was significantly higher thanof HTPB propellant. After 35 days of artificially aging,the oxygen content in the box is stable at about 19%. Under the nitrogen at-mosphere,the HTPB propellant evolves the lowest HCl concentration and inhibits the aging of the HTPB propellant. Under the nitro-gen and vacuum atmosphere,the NEPE propellant evolves higher HCl concentration than that under the air atmosphere,whichmeans it couldnt inhibit the aging of the NEPE propellant under the nitrogen and vacuum atmosphere.
