尼日利亚某氧化铜矿浮选试验研究

摘要 采用浮选法对尼日利亚某高品位氧化铜矿进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,试样含铜4.10%,氧化铜含量为84%,在磨矿细度-0.074mm含量占90%,Na_2CO_3用量为500g/t、Na_2SiO_3用量为1 000g/t、Na2S用量为300g/t、捕收剂JP用量为700g/t、2号油用量为13g/t的条件下,经过一粗四精三扫混合浮选流程,可获得品位为20.23%,回收率为74.35%的铜精矿。铜精矿中含Au 4.41g/t、Ag3526g/t,其回收率分别为75.66%、81.81%。该单一浮选工艺不仅实现了氧化铜矿的高效分选,而且综合回收了伴生的金和银。 Experimental research on beneficiation of a high-grade copper oxide ore in Nigeria with flotation method is conducted.Test results show under such testing conditions that copper content of samples is 4.10%,copper oxide content of samples is 84% and percentage of -0.074 mm fineness accounts for 90%;Na2CO3 content is 500 g/t;Na2SiO3 content is 1000 g/t;Na2S content is 300 g/t;collecting agent JP content is 700 g/t and No.2 oil content is 13 g/t,after mixed flotation process with one roughing,four cleaning and three scavenging,copper concentrates with grade of 20.23% and recovery of74.35% are obtained.Copper concentrate per ton contains 4.41 g Au and 3526 g Ag with recovery of 75.66% and 81.81% respectively.The sole flotation process materializes efficient separation of copper oxide ores and also comprehensive recovery of associated gold and silver.
