铁尾矿高浓度堆存试验研究

Experimental Research on Stockpiling of High-density Iron Tailings

针对某铁选矿厂采用两级浓缩后形成的高浓度尾矿进行了相关试验研究,介绍了铁尾矿高浓度相对于低浓度在排放与堆存方面其粘度、屈服应力、流动性方面存在的优势,为高浓度铁尾矿堆存技术的推广与应用提供了一定的实践经验。

Relative experimental research is conducted on high-density tailings of an iron concentrate plant,which is formed by adopting two stage concentration.Advantages of high-density tailings over low-density tailings in terms of viscosity,yield stress and fluidity during discharging and stockpiling are introduced,and this provides practical experience for popularization and application of stockpiling technology of high-density iron tailings.
