摘要
环冷机余热回收利用技术的应用可将烧结环冷机一、二段风箱排出的气体作为余热锅炉的热源进行回收利用,产生蒸汽推动汽轮机做功达到作为主抽风机动力的目的,实现了机械能→机械能直接转化的过程。通过SHRT系统从而提高钢铁企业能源利用率,节约了大量的能源,项目的经济效益十分可观。
By applying circular cooler waste heat recovery and utilization technology,air discharged from No.1 and No.2 wind boxes of sintering circular cooler can be recycled and used as heat source of waste heat boiler to produce stream and propel turbine till the turbine becomes the power of main exhaust fan.It＇s a process of mechanical energy directly transforming to mechanical energy.By SHRT system,energy utilization rate of iron and steel enterprises is improved,large energy is saved and desirable economic returns are obtained.
