烧结自动配料控制系统的研究与实现

介绍了河钢唐钢不锈钢公司265m2烧结配料系统的工艺流程,阐述了配料自动控制系统的组成和应用特点。通过分析混合料配比计算方法,提出烧结配料系统给料量配比自动控制方案。实际生产表明,该控制方法不仅实现了给料量配比的自动控制,而且取得了良好的控制效果,最终提高了烧结矿成品的产量和质量。

This paper introduces the process of 265 m^2 sintering proportioning system of HBIS Tangsteel stainless company;it describes the composition and application characteristics of the automatic proportioning control system.By analyzing the calculation method of mixed material ratio,the automatic control scheme of material proportioning of sintering is put forward.The real production shows that this control method does not only achieve the automatic control for feedings proportioning,it also achieves better control effect.Finally,it improves the output and quality of final sinters.
