摘要
司家营铁矿露天采场台阶爆破中使用筒状弹力膜进行径向不耦合装药,降低了炸药爆炸后作用在孔壁上的初始冲击压力和拉力,避免岩层的过粉碎,提高炸药能量的利用率,在一定程度上增高了药柱的高度,增加炸药对孔口未装药部分的破坏,减少大块的产生,改善提高爆破效果,降低炸药单耗,节约爆破成本。
In blasting of open-pit benches of Sijiaying iron ore mine,cylindrical elastic membrane is used for radial decoupling charge,which reduces initial impact pressure and tension acted on hole wall after blasting of explosives,avoids overbreaking of rock strata and improves utilization rate of explosive energy.It also improves grain height to a certain degree,increases the damage on the part of porthole not charged with explosives,and reduces lump ores.It enhances blasting effects,reduces unit consumption of explosives and saves blasting cost.
