摘要
道路层面应力应变数据反映了道路受力特性,可为高速公路的养护、维修及道路状况的评估提供科学依据。开发了一种具备无人值守功能的道路层面应变自动采集系统,系统结构包括:太阳能充电锂电池组电源、车辆到位感知模块、数据采集存储系统及上位机分析软件等四部分。利用开发的采集系统进行了现场测试,对采集系统的功能进行了验证。结果表明,开发的系统能够准确得到道路层面应变状况,满足道路应变测试的需求。
The stress - strain data of the road not only reflect the stress characteristics of the road, but also provide scientific basis for the maintenance of highway and the evaluation of road conditions. A road strain automatic acquisition system which can automatically collect data without the operation of people is developed in this paper. Four parts included in this system respectively are the lithium battery pack power charged by solar, the module judging if the car is coming, the system collecting and saving data and the upper machine analysis software. The hardware design principle of the collecting system is introduced by this paper. The field test is adopted to verify the function of this system, and the result shows that the system can accurately capture the conditions of rode strain and meet the requirements of the rode stain test.
