对临床不合理用药及药学干预机制的分析

Analysis of the mechanism of irrational drug use and pharmaceutical intervention

对临床不合理用药的药物干预效果进行分析,以此为基础促进临床用药的合理、安全。选取我院2015年1月—2016年12月的100例临床不合理用药现象作为本次的研究对象,对这100例临床案例资料进行分析,发现不合理的用药治疗问题并采取干预措施。对比临床用药干预之后患者的实际治疗情况,对此进行探讨。对临床不合理用药进行药学干预提高了临床用药水平,能够合理控制临床不合理用药发生的几率,干预前后具有显著的差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义。对临床不合理用药进行干预,不仅能减少临床不合理用药发生的概率,还能提升临床用药的效率,加快患者的康复,进一步提升医院的医疗质量,值得在临床中广泛推广应用。

The effect of drug intervention on clinical irrational drug use is analyzed,which is the basis to promote the rational and safe use of clinical medication.100 cases of irrational drug use in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the objects of this study.The 100 cases were analyzed,and irrational drug treatment problems were found and intervention measures were taken.The actual treatment of patients after the intervention of clinical medication was compared.Pharmaceutical intervention for clinical irrational drug use improved the level of clinical use,and could reasonably control the probability of irrational drug use.There was a significant difference before and after intervention,P<0.05.The intervention of irrational drug use can not only reduce the probability of irrational drug use,but also improve the efficiency of clinical medication,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,further improve the quality of medical care in hospitals,and is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
