摘要
对于短道速滑运动员来说,使用槽刃冰刀可以在一定程度上增加运动员在弯道滑行时法线方向冰刀与冰面之间的支撑力。还可以让运动员将身体向圆心方向倾斜的程度加大,进而产生更大更有力的向心力,从而达到增加滑过弯道速度的目的。在4轴联动数控磨床基础上设计的自动磨刀机,其技术的关键就是将冰刀的刀片与砂轮轴布置在相同水平面上,并使用单斜边砂轮进行操作,这样就可以为短道速滑冰刀磨出槽刃。
For short-track skaters,the use of slotted skates can increase the support force between the ice skates in the normal direction when the skater slips.It can also allow the athlete to increase the tilt degree of the body to the center,resulting in a greater and more powerful centripetal force,so as to achieve the purpose of increasing the speed of passing corners.The key to the technology of automatic knife sharpening machine based on 4-axis CNC grinding machine is that the blade of the skater is arranged on the same level with the grinding wheel axis and operates with a single bevel grinding wheel,so as to sharpen the groove edge of the ice skate blade.
