摘要
停止天然林商业性采伐,是构建完备森林生态系统、保障国土生态安全而采取的一项重大决策。通过实地调查,认真分析推进天然林商业性停伐存在的问题,提出了切实可行的实施意见。
To stop commercial harvesting of natural forests is a major decision to build a complete forest ecosystem and ensure the ecological security of the land. In this paper, through on-the-spot investigation,the existing problems of commercial felling of natural forest are analyzed carefully, and practical suggestions are put forward.
