林业发展在我国的环境保护和生态平衡方面有着重要的决定性作用,除此之外,在推动我国经济发展和实现可持续方面也一样起着不可忽视的效果。因此,无论是国家政府还是林业管理研究者都希望能尽早突破发展的局限,早日实现林业建设的最大的价值。因此,在探讨发展策略之前,必须要详细全面地找出阻碍发展的主要因素,只有这样,才能更好地对症下药,做到药到病除,进而使人类的生存活动和经济生产都能受益无穷。以北方地区的塞罕坝机械林场为例,来具体阐述促进林业生产的策略。

The forestry development in our country＇s environmental protection and ecological balance has an important decisive role, in addition, in promoting China＇s economic development and sustainable aspects plays a noticeable effect as well. Therefore, both the national government and the forestry management researchers hope to break the limitation of development as soon as possible and realize the maximum value of forestry construction at an early date. Before discussed development strategy, therefore, must be detailed fully find out the main factors that hinder the development, only in this way, they can better suit the remedy to the case, do be done, and then make the survival of human activities and economic production can benefit.In this paper, the strategy of promoting forestry production will be elaborated in the northern region.
