摘要
近红外光谱(NIR)分析技术是近年来分析化学领域迅猛发展的新型光学检测技术,是目前发展最快和最具有前景的分析技术之一,本文介绍了近红外光谱的原理、特点,并介绍了该技术在茶叶成分检测中的已有研究及其应用前景。
