摘要 石仙桃具有良好的食用和药用价值,市场需求日益增加。但是,市售石仙桃都是野生采挖的,目前还缺乏人工栽培的石仙桃。为了建立一套行之有效的石仙桃人工栽培技术,本文以生长状态、假鳞茎数目、叶片数目等为指标,研究了土壤基质配方、温度、光照、浇水量等因素对石仙桃生长的影响。结果表明,在V营养土:V木屑=2:1、V营养土:V苔藓=2:1的栽培效果较好,且适宜在避免阳光直射的弱光环境下培养较佳,温度在25℃生长状态较佳,喷水量在25m L较为适宜。 Pholidota chinensis Lindl has a good food and medicinal value,its market is on the increase. However,the market is wild Pholidota chinensis Lindl. excavation,the current lack of artificial cultivation of Pholidota chinensis Lindl. In order to establish a set of artificial cultivation techniques,the effects of soil matrix formula,temperature,light and water on the growth of Pholidota chinensis Lindl were studied in this paper. The results showed that the cultivation effect was better in V nutrient soil: Vsawdust= 2: 1,Vnutrient soil: Vmoss= 2: 1,and it was suitable for culturing in the low light environment,The growth state is better at 25℃,the water spray is more suitable at 25 m L.
