针对负压脱苯工艺中再生器不能排渣、脱苯塔顶真空度达不到工艺要求以及萘油及重苯侧线无法采出进行了分析,找出了影响的主要因素:再生器直接进气位置、真空泵后压力偏高、萘油及重苯侧线方式不合理,并进行了优化和改造,通过优化和改造脱苯塔后贫油含苯得到了明显降低。

According to the negative pressure removal process in the benzene regenerator can not slag,benzene removal of top vacuum not up to process requirements and naphthalene oil and heavy benzene lateral line can not be exploited analysis,find out the main factors affecting： regenerator direct inlet position,vacuum pump pressure is too high,naphthalene oil and heavy benzene siding mode is not reasonable,and the optimization and transformation,through the optimization and transformation of benzene tower lean benzene can be obviously reduced.
