摘要
高校专业教师兼任本科生班级导师是加强学生工作力量的重要措施。基于当前高校班级导师履职的现实情况,揭示了班级导师同时承担教师岗位任务和辅导员工作面临的困境,包括全面参与学生工作导致专注教学科研活动难以兼顾、学生工作职责不明导致工作效能感不强等,在探讨班级导师工作优势及实现途径的基础上,从学校政策导向支持与班级导师自主作为两个层面,提出促成班级导师有效开展工作的建议。
Letting staff teachers be the class mentor for the undergraduates is a significant measure to strengthen student work.This paper examines the present situation of university class mentor system,pointing out the challenges confronting the class mentor who play both the role of a teacher and the role of an advisor.On one hand,overall involvement with student work makes it difficult for the class mentor to concentrate on teaching and research.On the other hand,unclear responsibilities concerning student work result in low job-related efficacy.Improvement of the class mentor system depends on both the school's policy support and the class mentor's autonomous effort.
