摘要
教师教学发展中心建设在我国还是一个新生事物,其发展基本上还处于探索阶段,如何科学地构建教师教学发展体系、有效地实施教师教学发展工作,是一个重要的研究课题。文章尝试对国内高校教师教学发展现状及存在问题进行分析,然后通过对教师教学发展相关理论的梳理,提出了大学教师教学发展体系的框架设计。
The center of teachers teaching and learning development is a new thing in China, whose de-velopment is still at the exploratory stage. How to construct a scientific teachersy teaching development system and implement its work effectively in universities is an important research project This paper tries to analyze the status quo and existed problems of teachersy teaching development in ourcountry, and then teases out rele-vant theories and proposes the framework design of teachers ＂teaching development system in universities.
