A Study on University of Malaya's Academic and Leadership Development Centerand Its Features

马来亚大学学术与领导力发展中心由资深培训员为教师提供工作坊和项目,工作坊分为三个主要单元:教学创新;研究、管理与指导;青年学者领导力提升。其中青年学者领导力提升项目中的领导核心指导和管理培训项目为世界范围内首创。结合马来亚大学学术与领导力发展中心校本化的培训课程、新教师培训项目内容全方位、培训多样化、科技辅助服务全面等特色,文章归纳出马来亚大学学术与领导力发展中心注重教师职业专业性的培养、注重教师领导力培养、注重教师科技使用能力培养三个特征。

Academic Development and Leadership Development Center （ ADeC） of University of Malayaprovides the workshops and projects bysenior trainers. The workshops is mainly divided into three parts named as teaching innovation, research, management and guidanceand young scholar leadership promotion. Among them, the leadership core guidance and management training program in the leadership promotion project is the first one in the world. Combining the features of training courses, the comprehensive training of new teacherprograms, training diversity, and comprehensive technology ancillary serviceofAcademicDevelopment and Leadership Development Center in University of Malaya, this paper summarizes some characters of AcademicDevelopment and Leadership Development Centerof University of Malaya as follows ： paying attention to the teachers＂professional training, developing the leadership ability of teachers and cultivating teachers＂ability of using science and technology.Keywords
