柏之叶智慧城市景观创新启示

Enlightenment of Kashiwa-no-ha Smart City Landscape Innovation Design

文章对国内外智慧城市的实践举措进行基本梳理,论证智慧城市建设中景观规划设计的重要性。通过参加2017年亚洲校园植物与环境创新工作营,深入调研与分析了日本千叶县柏之叶智慧城市及其城市景观的建设与发展,从可持续设计、亲生物设计等方面剖析了柏之叶智慧城市中的景观设计方法;通过调研和学习,基于规划组织、设计、技术3层面探讨了现阶段在智慧城市中实现景观创新的方法,并总结了设计工作营中提出的不同的柏之叶核心区景观改造的设计概念与策略;最后针对中日两国国情进行了相关问题的思辨。

This paper reviewed the practices of smart city at home and abroad, and argued and verified the importance of landscape planning and design in smart city development. By participating in 2017 Campus Asia Plant Environment Innovation Design Workshop ＋ Symposium, the authors conducted an in-depth analysis of construction and development of smart city and landscape in the city of Kashiwa-no-ha in Japan, and analyzed the landscape design methods used for Kashiwa-no-ha smart city in terms of sustainable and biologic design. With the investigation and study, the authors discussed the methods to achieve landscape innovation in the current smart city from the 3 perspectives of planning organization, design and technology, and concluded the different design concepts and strategies proposed from the design workshop for the core area improvement in Kashiwa-no-ha City. Finally, the authors debated relevant issues by comparing the specific situation between China and Japan.
