矿区蕨类植物重金属富集性调查研究——以黄石国家矿山公园为例 被引量:7

摘要 人类活动引起的环境污染和生态破坏越来越严重,尤其是干扰强烈的地区,如矿产开发区,矿区生态环境的治理也越来越受到重视。以黄石国家矿山公园蕨类植物及其根系土壤的重金属含量为研究对象,对植物的根、茎、叶及其根系土壤中的重金属进行了测定,结果显示:土壤中某些重金属含量超标,其中Cd最严重,平均污染指数达到46.30,Cu为11.20;植物对重金属元素的富集作用差别较大,凤尾蕨和贯众对重金属的富集作用较强,在治理当地重金属污染工作中能发挥较大作用;同一植物不同组织对重金属的富集作用有明显差异,多数植物根系对重金属的富集作用比其他组织强。 The environmental pollution and ecological destruction caused by human activities are more and more serious,especially in strongly interferenced region,such as mineral development zone.The management of ecological environment in mining area has focused more and more attention.In Huangshi,the pollution caused by the mineral development brought a serious threat to the health of people who live in the local or surrounding areas.In this paper,we take the heavy metal accumulation of plants collected from Huangshi National Mine Park as the research scope,measure the heavy metal content of the plants' roots,stems,leaves and root zone soil.In the end,we can come to some conclusions:some heavy metals are existed excessively in soil vary widely on enrichment of heavy metals,enrichment of heavy metal of the plants such as Pteris and Cyrtominm rhizome are stronger,and they can play agreat role in the governance of local heavy metal pollution;the enrichment of heavy metals by different tissues of the same plant has significant difference,the majority of the enrichment of heavy metals by plant roots is better than other tissues.
