摘要
运用实验法、测试法和数理统计法,将"运动教育模式"和传统的体育教学模式分别运用到我校花样跳绳两个班级的教学中,对学生运动技能的掌握情况进行对比。研究结果表明:实验班学生的单个技术动作、规定操、自编组合能力与对照班学生相比均有显著性差异,实验班学生的运动技能水平明显高于对照班,说明运动教育模式对大学生运动技能的掌握和运用有明显的促进作用。
Using experimental method、comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics,This study mainly research that after appling the sports education model and traditional sports teaching mode in my school two rope skipping classes,mastery and using of sports skills of the students were compared.The results of the study show that there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in single sports skills,the provisions of gymnastics,self-editing ability of the students,that the experimental class skill level was significantly higher than that of the control class,that the mode of sports education has obvious effect on the mastery and application of sports skills of college students.
