摘要
对滦河流域潘大水库上游地区进行了水功能区风险单元划分,建立了陆域风险源与其影响水域的对应关系;采用PSR模型构建了风险源等级划分指标体系,将突发水污染风险源的风险等级划定为高风险、较高风险、一般风险、较低风险和安全5个等级;在调查风险单元内突发水污染事件风险源基本情况的基础上,计算得出各风险源的风险等级。结果表明,滦河流域潘大水库上游地区共有突发水污染风险源42个,分别处于较高风险、一般风险及较低风险水平。
This paper divides the risk unit of water functional area into the upper reaches of Panjiakou&Daheiting reservoir in Luanhe River Basin,and establishes the corresponding relation between the land risk source and its influence. By using the PSR model to construct the index system of risk source hierarchy,the risk of sudden water pollution risk source level is defined for highest risk,higher risk,general risk,low risk and security;On the basis of investigating the basic situation of the risk of water pollution in the risk unit,the risk level of each risk source is calculated. The results show that there are 42 emergency water hazards in the upper reaches of Panjiakou&Daheiting reservoir in Luanhe River Basin,which are at higher risk,general risk and low risk level.
