摘要
本文通过对湖北师范大学美术学专业毕业生的毕业论文现状进行分析,以及对美术学院的近三年人才培养方案进行比对,发现目前高师院校美术学专业存在教育类课程设置比例不合理,师范性不突出等问题。同时依据《义务教育美术课程标准》以及《普通高中美术课程标准》的文件思想,探讨了当下美术教师应具备的能力与素养。并提出解决问题的个人浅见,即:改变学生学习观念,明确培养目标,适当调整课程结构,毕业创作形式多样化等。
Through status analysis on thesis of fine art major graduates from Hubei Normal University and comparison of personnel cultivating program in recent three years in college of fine arts,this thesis finds some problems in normal university of fine art major such as disproportionate provision of education curriculum and overshadowing in teaching character.What's more,according to the ideology of Standards for Compulsory Education Fine Arts Courses and Standards for Fine Arts Courses in Senior High School,the thesis discusses the qualified ability and accomplishment of art teachers.This thesis then offers personal solution such as changing students' learning thoughts,crystalizing training target adjusting curriculum structure and diversifying graduation creation,etc.
