团体心理咨询对社区女性劳务工心理健康及生活质量的影响

Effect of Group Psychological Counseling on Mental Health and Quality of Life of Female Workers in Community

目的探讨团体心理咨询对社区女性劳务工心理健康及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月深圳上沙区域社康中心管辖下的300名社区女性劳务工为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各150名。对照组采用常规性访谈。观察组采用团体心理咨询,干预时间为2个月。干预前后应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及健康调查简表(SF-36)对两组心理状况及生活质量进行评价。结果观察组干预后躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性及总评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后生理职能、社会活动、情感障碍、健康感知、心理健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团体心理咨询能有效改善社区女性劳务工不良心理状况,提高女性劳务工生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of group psychological counseling on the mental health and quality of life of female workers in community.Methods 300 cases of community female laborers under the jurisdiction of the community health center in Shenzhen were divided into observation group(n=150)and control group(n=150)from March 2010 to March 2017.The control group did not carry out any intervention and observation group was applicated with psychological counseling for women workers for 2 months.The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated with Symptom Checklist(SCL-90)and Health Survey(SF-36).Results The effects of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychosis and total score of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,social activity,affective disorder,health perception and mental health of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group psychological counseling can improve the psychological status of female laborers in the community and improve the quality of life of female laborers.
