认知功能训练配合音乐疗法对脑肿瘤术后患者认知功能、睡眠质量和心理状态的干预效果

Effect of Cognitive Function Training Combined with Music Therapy on Cognitive Function,Sleep Quality and Mental State in Patients with Intracranial Brain Tumor Surgery

目的探讨认知功能训练配合音乐疗法对脑肿瘤术后患者认知功能、睡眠质量和心理状态的干预效果。方法选取2014年9月~2015年9月我科收治的脑肿瘤患者44例作为对照组,行常规护理;选择2015年10月~2016年10月我科收治的脑肿瘤患者44例作为观察组,行认知功能训练配合音乐疗法。比较两组护理前后认知功能、睡眠质量和心理状态。结果观察组护理后认知功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后睡眠质量、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、日间功能、催眠药物评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、躯体化、强迫症状、精神病性、人际关系敏感评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知功能训练配合音乐疗法运用于脑肿瘤术后患者效果显著,可有效提高患者认知功能和睡眠质量,改善心理状态。

Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive function training combined with music therapy on cognitive function,sleep quality and mental state in patients with intracranial brain tumor surgery.Methods Forty-four patients with brain tumor treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the control group and performed routine care.Forty-four patients with brain tumor treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as observation Group and performed cognitive function training with music therapy.Then,compare the cognitive function,sleep quality and mental state of patients.Results MMSE score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep disturbance,sleep efficiency,daytime function and hypnotic drug score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The scores of depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder,psychosis and interpersonal sensitivity were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Cognitive function training combined with music therapy in patients with intracranial brain tumor after surgery is effective.It can effectively improve the patient's cognitive function and sleep quality,improve the psychological state.It's worthy of promotion.
