以“神经内科护理指引体系”为基础的护理模式对神经内科患者的改善效果

Study on the Effect of Nursing Model Based on "Neurological Nursing Guidance System" on Postoperative Quality of Life,Complications and Nursing Satisfaction in Neurological Patients

目的研究以"神经内科护理指引体系"为基础的护理模式对神经内科患者的改善效果,为神经内科患者临床护理提供参考。方法选择2015年1月~2017年3月我科收治的脑血管疾病患者128例,随机分为干预组和对照组,各64例。对照组接受神经内科常规护理。干预组在常规护理的基础上给予以"神经内科护理指引体系"为基础的护理模式进行干预。比较两组并发症发生率、护理满意度。并采用Barthel指数与肢体Fugl-Meyer积分法对干预前后日常生活活动能力以及患侧肢体功能进行评估。结果干预组干预后压疮、肺部感染、泌尿系统感染总发生率(7.81%)明显低于对照组(21.88%),护理满意率(95.31%)明显高于对照组(81.25%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组干预后Barthel指数与肢体Fugl-Meyer积分分别为(69.94±18.67、33.74±9.84)明显高于照组(54.53±15.64、22.46±6.95),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在神经内科疾病患者治疗期间应用以"神经内科护理指引体系"为基础的护理模式进行干预,可预防并发症发生,改善肢体功能,提高患者日常生活活动能力及临床护理质量。

Objective To study the effect of nursing model based on " neurological nursing guidance system" on postoperative quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction of neurological patients,and to provide reference for clinical nursing of neurological patients.Methods 128 patients from January 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:the intervention group and the control group.All the patients were treated with routine neuropathy.On the basis of the " neurological nursing guidance system" based on the care model to intervene during the statistical treatment of each group of patients with adverse complications,nursing satisfaction,and through the Barthel index and limb Fugl-Meyer integral method before and after intervention Daily living activity and ipsilateral limb function.Results: incidence of adverse events such as pressure ulcer,pulmonary infection and urinary tract infection was less in the intervention group than in the control group.The total incidence rate(7.81%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(21.88%).(95.31%)were significantly higher than those in the control group(81.25%),which were statistically significant(P<0.05).(69.94± 18.67,33.74 ± 9.84)were significantly higher than those in the control group(54.53 ± 15.64,22.46 ± 6.95),and the scores of Bughel index and Fugl-Meyer score were improved in each grou(P<0.01).Conclusion It is possible to prevent the occurrence of adverse complications,improve the limb function and improve the daily living activity and the quality of clinical nursing care in the treatment of neurological disease patients during the treatment of neurological nursing guidance system.
