综合性护理干预应用于绝经妇女宫内节育器取出的效果

The Effect and Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Interventions on the Postmenopausal Women's Intrauterine Extraction

目的探讨综合性护理干预应用于绝经妇女宫内节育器(IUD)取出的临床效果。方法调查2016年1月~2017年1月在我院应用补佳乐联合米索前列醇作为取环术前准备的164例绝经期妇女,根据入院日期单双日分为实验组和对照组。实验组84例采取综合性护理干预。对照组80例采取一般护理措施,两组均在术前口服补佳乐和阴道放置米索前列醇。比较两组宫颈扩张结果、取环顺利程度、疼痛程度、护理满意度的差异。结果实验组宫颈扩张率为86.9%,对照组为62.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组取环有效率76.2%,对照组为55.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疼痛程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经妇女IUD取出过程中实施有效的综合性护理干预,有助于提升IUD取出顺畅程度,减轻疼痛程度,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on the postmenopausal women's intrauterine extraction.Methods Investigation in January 2016-January 2017,fill in our application jiale combined misoprostol as for ring preoperative preparation,164 cases of postmenopausal women,according to the date of admission are divided into two groups,the final group(comprehensive nursing intervention)effective study effective study in 84 cases,control group 80 cases(general nursing measures),two groups of patients in the preoperative oral jiale and vaginal misoprostol placement,the experimental group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention including psychological guidance,surgical nursing,close observation and postoperative nursing,compared two groups of patients with cervical expansion results,take ring smooth degree,pain degree,the differences between the nursing satisfaction.Results The rate of cervical dilation in the experimental group was 86.9%,compared with 62.5%in the control group,and the difference in cervical dilation of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effectiveness in the experiment group was 76.2% percent,the control group was 55.0% percent effective,and the difference in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in pain in both groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Postmenopausal women in the process of taking out iud effective comprehensive nursing intervention,help to improve synthetic out smooth degree,relieve pain,improve nursing satisfaction.
