重点新兴产业的发展与壮大,是区域经济转型升级的关键,也是高职院校专业改革的方向。分析区域重点新兴产业的结构变化,了解其对人才需求的特点,可以帮助高职院校有针对性地制订专业人才培养方案,落实创新创业型人才培养的政策和措施,引领或紧跟产业发展的步伐。
The development and expansion of key emerging industries are the key to restructuring and upgradingthe regional economy and the direction of professional reform in higher vocational colleges. Analyzing thestructural changes of key emerging industries in the region and comprehending their characteristics of thedemand for talent can help higher vocational colleges to develop targeted training programs for professionals andimplement the policies and measures of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurial talents, lead or follow thesteps of industrial development.
