校企共建职业素质教育的“四个平台”

On the “Four Platforms” for the Vocational Qualities Education through School-enterprise Co-construction

校企共建高职院校的职业素质教育平台是培养满足企业所需高素质高技能人才的育人新途径。从阐述校企共建职业素质教育平台的价值入手,分析了校企共建职业素质教育平台的特点,提出了校企共建职业素质教育"四个平台"——职业道德教育平台、职业文化育人平台、职业岗位规范训练平台、职业素质活动拓展平台的思路。

To co-construct the higher vocational qualities education platform through school-enterprisecooperation is a new way to foster skillful talents with high qualities required by enterprises. This paper firstlyelaborated the significance of building vocational qualities education platform by school-enterprise cooperation,then analyzed its characteristics, and finally put forward the “four platforms” for the vocational qualitieseducation through school-enterprise cooperation, namely working ethic education platform, working cultureeducation platform, position standard training platform and working quality development platform.
